USDLC History
USDLC, Inc. consortium partners include North Carolina Department of Public Instruction, Illinois State Board of Education, Western Illinois University, and New Mexico Department of Education. Instructional providers include Education Service Center, Region 20 in San Antonio, Center for the Application of Information Technologies (CAIT) at Western Illinois University, LEARN NC, and Michigan Virtual High School. Funded in multiple rounds of the Star Schools Project, USDLC is now involved in a project called STAR-Online focusing on developing and supporting online professional development modules for anytime, anyplace learning.
