Course Description: |
Theatre Part 2 is a balanced educational experience for all students. The diversity of this course provides opportunities for the invovemenetn of all students, regardless of experience and abilities. Theatre promotes unity, inquiry, critical and constructive thought, as well as skill sof comparison, problem-solving, interpretation, judgment, and research. Students are encouraged to investigate old and new ide3as by exploring, discovering, creating, and clarifying their perceptions and knowledge. This course covers the art of character analysis and a variety of acting techniques as well as the technical elements of Theatre such as sets, costumes, makeup, and special effects. |
